Our History

Citra Support grew organically out of Progressive Tech, one of Seattle’s most trusted consumer tech support and data recovery companies. When it all started back in 2006, it began with the idea that tech support could be simple, effective and affordable.

After nearly 20 years of serving the local community, we’ve grown to encompass two wholly separate divisions, one for Business IT Services and one for Consumer Tech Support. At the end of 2024, we decided to rebrand our Business IT Services as Citra Support, with a pure, focused mission to provide the best Business IT Support possible.
